College of Engineering Master's/PhD Pre-Commencement Reception

The College of Engineering cordially invites you, your family and friends to a Pre-Commencement Reception. Please join Dean Jonathan Wickert, Associate Dean for Research, Balaji Narasimhan, and our esteemed department chairs for this special celebration of your achievement. We will honor Fall 2009 graduates.
The event features an informal student recognition program, an hors d'oeuvres buffet and cash bar. Business attire is suggested.
Each graduate will be introduced during the recognition program and asked to briefly address the audience. Comments may include describing your research, relating an outstanding memory of your time at ISU, or sharing what you are doing next (i.e. going on for more education (where), taking a job (what and where), etc.)
Students should register with the total number of guests no later than Friday, December 11, 2009. There is no limit to the number of guests a graduate may bring. Family members and guests do not need to register separately.

If you do not know or forgot your password, click on the "Forgot My Password" tab, enter your complete ISU email address, click "Go", and a password will be emailed to you.
Click on "Fall 2009 Engineering Graduation Pre-Commencement Reception Participants" under "quick links" to register you and your guests for the Pre-Commencement Reception.
PLEASE NOTE: The university commencement ceremony for the Graduate College is at 8:00 p.m. in C. Y. Stephens Auditorium. Questions regarding regalia and lineup times should be directed to the university Graduate Office at 515-294-9372.

UNIVERSITY COMMENCEMENT: University commencement ceremony for students receiving bachelor degrees will be held in Hilton Coliseum on Saturday, December 19, 2009, at 1:30 p.m. Please note that diplomas will not be distributed at the event; rather, they will be mailed in January to students who have officially met all graduation requirements. Questions about the all-university commencement ceremony and diplomas should be directed to the ISU Graduation Office at 515-294-2756.
