How to Apply

To apply for the Bioengineering Minor Program, follow these steps:

1. Complete the “Request for Minor” form available from the Iowa State University Registrar’s office (download the form as a .pdf file). See “Minor Requirements” to fulfill requirements for the Bioengineering Minor.
2. Obtain required signatures:
   1. Director, Bioengineering Minor Program
   2. Student’s academic advisor
   3. College of Engineering
3. Submit the completed form in the College of Engineering undergraduate advising office.

Students are strongly encouraged to consult either their undergraduate academic advisor or a member of the advisory committee for assistance during the application process.
