Iowa State’s College of Engineering initiates a new era in communications this spring with the launch of a magazine that will share the critical work of the men and women of the college with our alumni, Iowa, and the nation.

This is your invitation to investigate the work of some of the best scientific and engineering minds in the world. This April, in the inaugural issue of Innovate, you’ll

• Sit in on a conversation with the scientist whose innovations in rare earth compounds have driven the emerging field of magnetic refrigeration
