A diverse community enhances the educational experience of all students. Through our university-wide partnerships, the Office of Engineering Diversity cultivates an environment that leads to the greater retention and graduation of female and multicultural engineering students, as well as attracting and retaining greater numbers of women and racial/ethnic minorities to our faculty.
