WelcomeA diverse community enhances the educational experience of all students. Through our university-wide partnerships, the Office of Engineering Diversity Affairs cultivates an environment that leads to the greater retention and graduation of women and multicultural engineering students, as well as attracting and retaining greater numbers of women and multicultural groups to our faculty. By working to ensure full representation of the many groups reflected in our population across gender, ethnic, race, and socio-economic lines, we prepare students to live and work in a multicultural environment while promoting both social justice and academic excellence.
