Because admission to the Executive Engineer Dual Masters Degree Program is highly competitive, enrollment is limited. To be considered, individuals must have a baccalaureate degree in engineering from an accredited institution and substantial professional experience. Application procedure We encourage individuals to apply as soon as possible. To complete your application file, please provide the following items: Application form The application form must be submitted. Please give careful attention to the required supporting material. Letter of sponsorship Your company must provide a statement, signed by an appropriate authorizing agent, affirming its willingness to participate in the program. An example of this sponsorship letter may be found here. College transcripts An official transcript must be submitted directly to the director of the Executive Engineer Dual Masters Degree Program by each college or university previously attended. Graduate Management Admission Test scores All applicants must complete the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT). Individuals who have not yet taken the GMAT should take the examination no later than July of the year in which they plan to begin the program. Those who have taken the GMAT in the last five years need not retake it. In either case, scores should be sent to the Henry B. Tippie School of Management at the University of Iowa. For information on test dates and location of testing sites, please call 1-800-GMAT-NOW (1-800-462-8669). The GMAT is conducted via computer at more than 600 domestic and international testing locations listed on the MBA Explorer Web site and in the GMAT bulletin. Fee information Guaranteed for a participants two years in the program, the all-inclusive fee covers tuition, books, supplies, computer software, parking, group luncheons, and room and board during the two on-campus residency weeks and the international trip.
