Ahhh...Summer Evenings...Warm Breezes...Crickets Chirping...NOT! Well, the crickets may be chirping but you’ll never hear them over our social activities - swimming, movies, games – after all, it’s summer! Food and Air-Conditioned Rooms You can’t experience true college life without eating in the residence hall cafeteria - most meals will be served there. This isn't your typical cafeteria though. It's Iowa State's newest dining facility, the Union Drive Community Center. Check it out!
You will room with a new friend (another Engineering & Beyond workshop student) and will stay in air-conditioned residence halls. If you enjoy A/C in the summer, be sure to thank an engineer!
