Chocolate Biz What does it take to run your own chocolate company? Use a computer program that simulates this sweet business to find out. You will order raw materials (sugar, cocoa beans, etc.), solve unexpected problems (like cockroaches), and always keep your eye on the bottom line to produce the best chocolate you can for the least amount of money. Combine many engineering principles to build a small boat using cardboard, Styrofoam, rubber bands, balloons, etc. Your boat must support a plastic cup to which we will continue to add weight until your boat sinks.
