Accepting a Co-op/Intern or Summer Position

 Once an offer has been extended, you need to:

1. Verify your start date and salary
2. Complete the Employment Acceptance Form at http://www.eng.iastate.edu/ecs/ExpEd/Employment Agreement Form Coop-Intern.html  and review the checklist.
3. Get advisor approval and signature on the Employment Acceptance Form
4. Bring the Employment Acceptance Form to 308 Marston and sign the Statement of Agreement that is required for final approval and appropriate course registration.
