March 25, 1997 - Cyclops Make it's Debut
On a cold and blustery day the Project Cyclops team installs the HoweCAM on the roof of Black Engineering Building and the computer (known affectionately as cyclops) in a nearby room. For years now planning and prepartion have been underway to design the new ETRC building. Now, the construction site sits idle, awaiting the final preparation before excavation. Cyclops is ready to capture it all!
