Departmental Challenge 2008

Compete to see which department is the best in the Department Challenge!!

 

Rules
Scoring will be based on the following events:

Penny Wars
Where: Collection buckets are located in each department's main office.
1 point - Participation for every dept. with at least one penny
2 points - 2nd Place at the end of the week
3 points - Winner at the end of the week

 

Attendance
Where: Kick off Picnic, Career Fair, Pancake Brunch, Intramurals, and Friday Finale
- Attendance will be tracked throughout the week, with each day of the week having a winning department. The winner is based on percentage of enrolled students so the competition is fair.

1 point - Participation for someone showing up
2 points - 2nd place for the day
3 points - Winner for the day

 

Intramural Tournaments
Where: All the intramural tournaments (not golf)
- Scoring for intramurals only considers place finish in comparison to other department teams; i.e. your team can finish second and win 3 points if the first place team wasn't for a department.

1 point - 3rd Highest placing department team
2 points - 2nd Highest placing department team
3 points - Highest placing department team
