Sunday, Sept. 17 to Saturday, Sept. 23, 2000

We are proud to announce that the Iowa State Engineers' Week is even bigger and better for 2000. Our committee has worked hard to improve our successful events from the past and create new exciting events. We would like to welcome you to explore the activities we have to celebrate engineering at Iowa State.
This incredible week could not be possible without the endless hours our Central Committee and Sub-committees have put into planning and executing these events. They have done excellent work and are truly the foundation of E-Week 2000.
We would also like to thank the staff of the Engineering Career Services office. Their time, guidance, and extreme patience are greatly appreciated. We would like to specially thank our advisor, Loni Pringnitz, who is completing her 7th and final year guiding and supporting Engineers' Week. The companies that have given so generously to support the College of Engineering also deserve our gratitude and are a main reason our Career Fair is one of the best in the nation.
We would also like to thank the faculty and staff that have given generously of their time in order to support our many activities. Finally, we would like to thank all of the Iowa State students. The events of the week are geared toward the students and we think they truly enjoyed everything planned for this exciting week!
After attending the NAESC 2000 conference we realized that there are some outstanding Engineers' Weeks across the country. However, we believe that our unique combination of outstanding events, successful career fair, education of Iowa students, widespread publicity, service to the community, and diversified and hard-working team members make us truly the best in the nation. We hope you enjoy discovering what Engineers' Week is like here at Iowa State!
