Great news!!

Sauer-Danfoss, Inc., a worldwide leader in the off-highway mobile market, has a new International Co-op Program.  

One student who meet the qualifications is selected for the program, will work initially in the U.S. with two subsequent rotations abroad (Note September 30 deadline).

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Junior standing in EE, ME, or Ag E.
2. Minimum grade point of 3.0 or higher.
3. Strong desire to work in the mobile machinery industry.
4. Strong interpersonal skills to work multiculturally.
5. Innovative, technically proficient, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
6. Candidates must be able to obtain necessary visas to work in the USA, Germany, Denmark, and Sweden.

GOALS OF THE PROJECT:
1. Develop exceptional engineering students who can assume technical and business leadership positions in the company.

2. Develop a talent pool targeted to increase our "Systems Engineering" capability.

3. Create multi-national leaders with solid experience to effectively function internationally.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Substantially contribute to teams involved in product design, sales, and manufacturing.
2. Provide monthly reports to their local management as well as the project sponsor (VP-Global Product Development).
3. Demonstrate their ability to work multiculturally.

1)  Interviewers will be available at the Sauer-Danfoss booth at the ISU Career Fair, September 20, 2005, for additional information and a pre-screen interview.
