Jim Kupferschmidt
: UC London, Summer Program

In all of my on-site interviews with 3M, Cargill, Rhodia, Hutchinson Technology, and Guardian Industries, I was asked questions about my international experience. My study abroad experience in London, England, was listed on my resume, and all of these employers were extremely interested and pleased that I had an international experience.

My international experience really helped as a conversation piece in the interviews.  And I definitely feel that both the fact that I had an international experience and that it was a positive influence in my life made me the best candidate for those positions.
