It’s class reunion time!

Iowa State alumni from the following classes are invited to participate in class reunion activities during Alumni Days ’99 in June (June 3-5): 1949, 1944, 1939, 1934, 1929, and 1924. Plans for the three-day celebration include tours, educational lectures, informal receptions, a special dinner and dance — and more!

If you are a member of one of these classes and have not yet received information in the mail, please call Stephenie Elliott Ovrom, director of engineering alumni relations and special events, at 515/294-9988, or send e-mail to steph@iastate.edu. We don’t want anyone to be left out!

Alumni in need of overnight accommodations are urged to make reservations soon. The ISU Alumni Association has reserved blocks of rooms at the following hotels: Holiday Inn Gateway Center (515/292-8600), Iowa House Bed & Breakfast (515/292-8870), ISU Memorial Union (515/292-1111), and Baymont Inn (515/296-2500). To book a room, call the hotel directly and ask to be placed in the Alumni Days class reunion block.

Another option available to all alumni is the air-conditioned Maple-Willow-Larch residence hall complex, which is reasonably priced ($23/single, $31/couple), but not totally accessible for the physically challenged.
