Best part of being an Iowa State student: Everything – students, faculty, athletics etc.

Dream Job: My dream job is  to design sports cars or design small electronic products such as mp3 players or cell phones.

Work Experience: This past summer I did my first internship with Vermeer Manufacturing in Pella. My project for the summer was to create 2D & 3D models of all the electrical connectors that Vermeer used using Solid Works and AutoCAD software.

Minor: I declared a minor in Ethics last spring and I plan on using the skills and knowledge from this minor towards any future managerial positions in my field.

For Fun: I am in the Society of International Engineers and Multicultural Student Programming Advisory Council. I decided to join these clubs mainly because I like being involved in campus.  I also wanted to have fun extracurricular activities that complement my educational experiences.

Advice to New Students: Enjoy college and make the most out of your years here. No matter how much fun you have, always remember that you are in college for a reason and that is to get a good education.
