College of Engineering Spring Career Fair 2009

You are invited to participate in the premier career events in the nation: the Engineering Spring Career Fair 2009 at Iowa State University! You may register the following day for the Business/Liberal Arts and Sciences Career Fair held in the same location from 12:00 – 6:00 p.m.

Last year over 2,500 engineering students and approximately 250 employers explored full-time, co-op, intern and summer employment opportunities at the Spring Career Fair. If you are interested in identifying outstanding candidates for your talent needs, Iowa State University is the place to be in January!

Schedule of Events:
Hilton Coliseum and Scheman Building:
Arrival and Set-Up 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Continental Breakfast 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Lunch 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Career Fair 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Employer Social 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Floor of Hilton Coliseum)

Registration:
To register for the Career Fair, access your ISU CMS account at https://ecms.eng.iastate.edu/employers/  (copy and paste into your browser) and click on ‘Spring 2009 Career Fairs is currently active' under ‘quick links' on your homepage.  After completing the Registration Form and clicking on ‘submit', you will be asked to ‘confirm' before the registration process is completed.  If you do not ‘confirm', the registration is not sent to us. 

To receive campus publicity, registration must be submitted by December 29, 2008.

Please remember that space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Our Fall Career Fair sold out 6 weeks prior to the event.  We encourage you to get your registration in early. 

Payment:
$750.00 per 8' wide x 10' deep draped booth. This booth includes a 6' table and electrical.  Price includes continental breakfast, lunch and employer social for 5 recruiters per booth with a limit of 3 booths per employer.  Payment is due by January 14, 2009.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy:
On or Before January 14, 2009 - 50% Refund
After January 14, 2009 - No Refund
