Overview:
The Team Tech Competition was launched in 1992 by the Society of Women Engineers with sponsorship from the Boeing Company. This is a national competition for collegiate members, and the top team from each region is sponsored to compete at the National SWE Conference in October. Results are announced at the Celebrate SWE! banquet awarding cash prices to the top three teams. Teams are judged on how well they can work together, their use of engineering processes, the product they develop, the quality of their results, and their ability to work with industry. ISU Team Tech:
The ISU SWE section currently has a Team Tech team lead by Carol Faulhaber. This group of talented engineering students is working with Pella® to design a new window.
